Once a purchase has been completed and the eBook has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your product.

For coaching services, refund terms (if applicable) will be agreed separately prior to engagement.
